I like helping people learn to make better things by putting users and user needs at the centre of the design process. I got the bug for user-centred design whilst studying for my PhD in UX Education at Loughborough University. Since graduating I have been publishing my research and teaching on some great courses including the MSc UX Design course at Kingston University, BA Creative Advertising and UX Design programmes at Falmouth University.
